For our client, Société des Produits Nestlé SA (NPTC), Orbe, we are currently looking for a:
Junior Data Analyst
Temporary assignment ? 9 months (until end of November)
Start date: ASAP
Work rate: 50% to 60% (3 working days per week)
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manage R&D time tracking routines, including reminders, user maintenance and CTE (Collective Time Entry) inputs
- Monitor and support email automation processes using Power Automate, in collaboration with Data Analytics team (Nestlé Business Intelligence)
- Update the R&D Launch Calendar on a quarterly basis
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between HR SAP and R&D time tracking data (twice a year: June and November), including data preparation and follow-up
- Develop, optimize, and automate portfolio reporting using Power BI
- Conduct mid-year portfolio compliance assessments and support Project Managers in closing identified gaps in different data platforms (Idea2Launch, Doxis, PPRM SharePoints)
