Location & Shifts:
Langstaff/Highway 50, Woodbridge ON:
- Days: Sun-Thu (9pm-5am), $26/h to start
Please note that although this is a night shift position, initial training would be on the day/afternoon shifts for up to 2 weeks.

Responsibilities
- Participate in engineering test performance of electromechanical assemblies, analyze and record test results, prepare written testing documentation and make the appropriate changes related to the Robotic Cartonization System, including slotting, process improvement, etc.
- Perform minor facility maintenance work, coordinate service maintenance and support with external contractors (for both the Robotic System and the facility).
- Act as liaison between Operations and Engineering, including providing technical support to business owner and other technicians in operating the automation as well as training operations personnel in the proper use of the equipment.
- Repair, rework and calibrate electromechanical components in order to meet engineering specifications.
- May be required to work during the core days shift in some occasions.
- Coordinate spare parts purchasing with suppliers and maintain records of the spare part inventory (for both Robotic System and the facility).
- Maintains a safe distribution center and participates in the Health and Safety Committee.
Qualifications
- College Degree/Technical Certification in Electromechanical Engineering.
- Two (2) years or more experience in a similar position required.
- Two (2) years or more experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Clean criminal record check.
