You will play a key role in ensuring our designs are manufacturable and our equipment performs optimally, directly contributing to the quality and efficiency of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate basic engineering activities to establish and disseminate high-quality processes and design guidelines.
- Provide fundamental design reviews and feedback to improve product manufacturability.
- Maintain and track equipment, materials, and process performance requirements.
- Conduct vendor and equipment searches to ensure the capability to produce quality products efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of suitable equipment for optimized and balanced line performance.
- Coordinate and execute Designed Experiments (DOEs) and capability studies.
- Develop and document process specifications and procure necessary process tools.
- Create and maintain process documentation and training material for materials, processes, and equipment.
