About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Sales Admin to assist the sales team. You’ll help with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks
- Manage emails, calls, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams
- Maintain accurate data entry for products, pricing, and customer records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed
Skills & Experience Required
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years in admin, secretarial, or sales support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with SAP is a plus
