key responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes using MS SQL Server technologies.
- Write complex T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions to support business requirements.
- Monitor and optimize database performance (tuning, indexing) within on-premise infrastructures.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior PL/SQL team to ensure seamless data integration across different platforms (Oracle & Microsoft).
- Translate business KPIs into technical data models to support decision-making processes.

What we are looking for:
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, or a related field with a strong analytical focus.2+ years of professional experience working with MS SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures).Ability to understand and manipulate data to drive business value (this is where the "Business" background shines).Solid understanding of on-premise database environments.Experience in VBM, Financial Modeling, or BI Reportinγ will be considered as a strong plus.Fluency in English and Greek.A mix of technical proficiency and business acumen, you should be able to "translate" data into insights.
