- Gather insights from marketplace category KAMs and provide inputs to the Globus to enable
business planning

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across marketplaces in alignment with the marketplace
marketing calendar (PLAs, Banner ads etc. and monitor them on a continuous basis to maximize
parameters such as ROAS etc)
- Plan discounts and execute on an ongoing basis in sync with marketplace events and brand
strategy
- Plan category wise monthly/yearly sales across marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, etc. and perform
competitor analysis to identify new trends in the ecommerce industry.
- Benchmark with competition on various aspects of brand presence on different marketplaces
(e.g, cataloguing) and provide inputs on enhancing brand visibility and customer appeal across
different marketplaces
- Provide inputs and coordinate with operations, cataloguing and marketing teams to drive e-
commerce outcomes (such as SLA adherence for parameters such as fulfilments, returns,
cancellations etc.), avoid delisting, ensure attractive listings etc.
