experience
- Technical degree in Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales, within the PCB materials
- Deep understanding of PCB manufacturing processes, OEM procurement cycles, and material qualification protocols
- Fluent in Italian and English. Additional fluency in Spanish, French, or German is a plus
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territories to engage directly with customers
- A self-starter with strong negotiation skills who thrives in a customer-facing role
