The responsibilities of this Key Account Manager are:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B clients within the retail and Horeca sector.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to drive sales growth and ensure premium service levels.
• Contribute to the strategic preparation of commercial proposals and promotional schemes.
• Perform regular site visits to client stores to optimize product visibility and brand presence.
• Manage the ordering process and provide accurate sales forecasting to ensure timely product delivery.
• Participate in annual budget planning, monitor progress, and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with the Marketing department to design and implement effective promotional activities.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable business insights.
• Highly organized with a focus on achieving KPIs and performance targets.

• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
