The Key Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Understand and articulate the technical aspects of products or services to prospective clients. Provide technical solutions that align with client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of the product or service.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, highlighting features, functionality, and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and deliver detailed technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process.
- Work with engineering, marketing, and product development teams to refine offerings and provide feedback based on client interactions.
- Assist clients with technical questions, troubleshooting, and implementation planning. Provide ongoing support post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Support the achievement of sales targets by leveraging technical expertise to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
