who are you

In your role as the Lab Assistant Tea, you support and facilitate the Tea Team of C&TS department. You will be
determining the tea used for manufacturing conforms the set quality standards. All preparations,
handling and releasing of the samples, as well as the handling of the lab/kitchen and equipment is within
the responsibility of the Lab Assistant.

As Lab Assistant Tea you posses the following:

• Good understanding of the English language both written and oral;
• Excel understanding and knowledge;
• Basic SAP user knowledge;
• Feeling for hygiene and neatness;
• Good communicator and organized;
• Pro-active-team player, with willingness to take responsibility;
• Able to run the lab independently when necessary.

what will you do

As Lab Assistant Tea you have the following responsibilities:

• Prepare daily tea tasting batches. This includes handling of the packages to be tested, weighing ofthe tea, performing physical checks and brewing/serving of the tea;
• Responsible for cleaning of and maintaining the lab according to the highest hygiene standards inorder to make sure that the progress in the testing process will not be disrupted;
• Responsible for cleaning the kitchen and tasting area, as well as the on-time replenishment of stocksand cleaning products;
• Maintaining and updating the sample archive and leading sample delivery process to packaging factory;
• Registering the usage decision of tasted teas in internal IT interphases such as i21 and SAP;
• Maintain SAP sample flow and assure the right flow;
• Coordinate with buying and logistics teams regarding sample approvals, tasting, etc. if necessary.
