Job Description

We are looking for a  Laboratory technician sensor technology to join a dynamic team working on experimental testing and measurement campaigns. The role involves preparing test devices, executing experiments, analyzing data, and validating results in a structured and reliable manner.

This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy working in a lab environment and want to apply their technical skills to real-world measurement and testing projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up test devices for experimental campaigns

• Conduct measurement campaigns and ensure accurate data acquisition

• Validate and analyze experimental data

• Assess measurement uncertainty and ensure data reliability

• Collaborate with team members to improve lab procedures and testing processes

• Hands-on work in a laboratory environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or similar

• 3–4 years of experience in experimental design, measurement campaigns, and test device handling

• Experience with data validation and analysis

• Proficiency in Matlab (1–3 years)

• Proficiency in Python (1–3 years)

• Experience with LabVIEW is a plus but not required

• Fluent in English; German is a plus

• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work style

• Ultrasonic measurement experience is a bonus
