The Role and Responsibilities:
- Site Logistics: Assisting with the movement of commercial-grade materials and equipment across the site.
- Trade Support: Providing vital assistance to skilled trades (cladders, steel fixers, and joiners) to keep the project on schedule.
- Waste Management: Ensuring the site remains clear of hazards and debris, managing skips, and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Welfare Maintenance: Keeping site facilities and pedestrian walkways safe and clean.
- Safety Compliance: Following all site-specific Health & Safety protocols and wearing full PPE at all times.
What You'll Need:
- A valid CSCS card is essential for this site.
- Previous experience in a labouring role, preferably on a commercial or industrial site.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative without constant supervision.
- Physical fitness to handle manual lifting and the demands of a large-scale project.
- Excellent punctuality and a reliable track record.
- Must have your own full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
