- Initial practical experience in a warehouse, transport, or comparable logistics environment is preferred
- Absolute willingness to work regularly and permanently in night shifts
- Excellent English language skills (level C1/C2) for safe communication in an international team environment
- A valid background check (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung - ZÜP) is beneficial, but Randstad will fully support you during the application process
- A structured, reliable, and highly quality-oriented way of working
- Physical fitness and capability to handle and move heavy packages regularly
