key responsibilities
For the role of Corporate and Energy Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading complex corporate and M&A transactions within the energy and renewables sectors.
- Advising international clients on joint ventures, strategic alliances, and cross-border co-operations.
- Drafting and negotiating high-value project documentation, including EPC, O&M, and connection agreements.
- Providing legal guidance on the full project life cycle, from development and financing to operational risk.
- Managing and mentoring junior associates and trainees within the legal team.
- Leading business development initiatives and maintaining senior-level client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with sector-specific regulatory frameworks and ESG standards
experience
At least 6–8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and energy law within a reputab

qualifications

- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills for complex international contracts.
- Ability to manage multi-jurisdictional matters and cross-functional teams.
