1. Design fire protection systems including Hydrant fire alarms, sprinklers, fire suppression, gas suppression, Fire alarm & detection in compliance with industry standards and regulations.2. Design of Hydro-pneumatic & gravity flow system, overhead, UGT, STP tank capacity Sizing, water demand calculations.3. Knowledge & Ensure compliance about standards/codes like NBC, NFPA, FM Global,LEED, Uniform Plumbing Code, International plumbing Indian standards.4. Prepare detailed design documents, including Basis of Design, Design calculation, schematics, drawings, technical specifications, Bill of quantity (BOQ), schedule /Data Sheet, consumption calculation & technical reports.5. Preparation of procurements documents Enquiry, Tender, Material Requisition &Technical Bid Analysis (TBA).6. Selection/design of Equipment, Fire pumps, Tanks Material of construction.7. Hydraulic calculations, knowledge of software like pipenet, sprinkcalc .8. Knowledge of 2D and 3D designing platforms like Auto CAD, Navisworks and Revit (to review the 2D Layouts and 3D models).9. Prepare internal layout of all toilets showing fixtures, supply lines and drainage lines for standard toilets.10. System integration: Collaborate with electrical, chemical, and process engineers to integrate mechanical systems with various semiconductor processes. Ensure that mechanical systems interface effectively with existing production equipment11. Review and approval of Vendor Drawings/ Data/Technical submittal.12. Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.13. Authority submissions details and layouts.14. Work closely with clients, PMC, Consultant, vendors and other stakeholders15. Prepare and work technical drawings, and documentation to communicate designs and processes clearly.16. Organize and participate in project meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders17. contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices18.
