key responsibilities
Education: Higher education degree in purchasing, logistics, production management, engineering, or business.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar position within an industrial environment (automotive, aerospace, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, etc.).
Technical Skills:
- Mastery of negotiation and contracting techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of purchasing processes and the supply chain.
- Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, Microsoft Office Suite).
Personal Qualities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and across departments.
- Rigor, organization, and methodical approach.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented and analytical mindset.
Languages: Fluent English required (written and spoken); another language is a plus.
