Who you are

You are a proactive, hands-on professional who leads by example. As the natural right-hand to the Team Leader, you know how to keep a team focused, productive, and engaged. You have strong communication skills, a eye for continuous improvement, and a commitment to maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

What will you do

As a Leading Hand, you control and organize the daily operational activities of your team in a compliant, effective, and efficient manner. Your primary focus areas are team leadership, workforce planning aligned with volume forecasts, and monitoring operations to ensure seamless continuity.

• Ensure smooth workflows, high productivity, and operational continuity;
• Plan and coordinate daily staffing to match expected volume requirements;
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to support employee performance and career development;
• Conduct daily Performance Control Meetings (PCM) and clearly communicate key updates;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to updating process and work instructions within Aerospace operations;
• Maintain strict adherence to high quality, safety, and compliance standards.
