We are currently partnering with two highly regarded law firms to recruit 3 x Legal Assistants / Legal Secretaries for permanent roles based in Melbourne CBD.
These opportunities span one leading national Australian law firm and two well-established private practice firms, all known for their strong culture, high-quality work, and long-term career development.
The roles are open to candidates across all areas of law, including but not limited to:
Commercial
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Property & Development

Wills & Estates
You will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to fee earners, playing a key role in the smooth running of matters and client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end legal secretarial and administrative support
Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
File and matter management
Diary management and scheduling
Client liaison and stakeholder communication
Billing, expenses, and general practice administration
Three permanent roles with reputable, high-performing law firms
Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
