key responsibilities
* Draft and review legal documents including contract agreements, sales & purchase agreements, joint ventures, NDA's, etc.
* Provide legal advisory to internal/ external stakeholders
* Serve as the central point of contact between stakeholders
* Provide compliance guidelines to mitigate risk and address legal issues
* Provide oversight to legal issues and assist other departments in addressing legal issuesskills

* 2 to 5 years PQE (common law qualified)
* 3 to 5 years of legal experience, preferably from in house (commercial)
* Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalenteducation
