Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of prospecting at the delivery/installation of our equipment. Here is an overview of your main responsibilities.
Sales Support:
Answer the phone for sales requests
Prepare machine estimates
Manage the library of estimation models in OneDrive
Place orders for the machines during the sale
Update and coordinate price changes in the templates
Manage the shared mailbox
Logistics:
Shop/validate delivery prices with different carriers
Coordinate with the supplier and the client regarding deliveries and attempted dates installation
Coordinate subcontractors in handling for heavy equipment
Transport Planning: Coordinate and pickups and deliveries with carriers while optimizing costs and timelines.
Create the bill of lading vouchers (BOL)
Qualifications
You hold a DES; a DEP or a DEC is an asset
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
3 years of experience in sales support and logistics.
Experience in logistics with equipment of any format (up to
15,000 lbs) and an excellent command of the Microsoft suite.
You handle stress well and know how to keep your composure
You like to prioritize and move forward even during peak periods
Bilingual (English and French) Spoken and Written
You know ERP software, ServiCentre is a considerable asset
Excellent computer skills, including the MS Office suite
Good interpersonal skills
Autonomous
Excellent organizational skills
Know how to set priorities
Are comfortable carrying out several tasks simultaneously
Have initiative and are curious
Show resourcefulness
Adapt easily and are versatile
Collaborate easily and communicate clearly
Forklift card, an asset
