Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest logistics company in WA! Due to continued growth our client based in the Perth CBD are looking for an experienced Logistics Pricing and Bids Manager to join their team. This is a permanent role with an immediate start!
Your Duties:

- Report directly to Director, Tender Manager, and Management.
- Develop and compile tender, proposal, and contract documentation, ensuring accurate
pricing, margins, and approved discounts. - Manage bid processes and timelines, including RFIs, customer presentations, and compliant
submissions. - Maintain and update pricing databases, bid libraries, and related documentation.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to obtain necessary information and competitive pricing.
- Participate in cross-training across tender management and pricing activities.
- Utilise company SharePoint and Microsoft systems to organise bid data and execute tender
plans. - Promote marketing and future development of TGP.
- Adhere to and promote the company’s HSE policy.
- Participate in employer-provided training and education courses.
- Perform other reasonable duties as define.
About you:
- Experience in logistics industry (essential)
- Strong accounts and administration experience (essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
