Your main responsibilities:
- Ensuring a flawless preparation and processing of critical logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading, customs instructions, certificates of origin, and invoices.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for international carriers and logistics service providers to manage transport claims effectively and resolve damage cases proactively.
- Calculating and monitoring logistics costs for various global projects while interpreting specific project packing and marking specifications.
- Developing and implementing robust logistics contingency plans to minimize risks for current and future deliveries.
