Position OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Shift Incharge to manage daily logistics operations. The role involves supervising shift activities related to loading/unloading, invoicing in SAP, and coordinating smooth material movement.
Key Responsibilities* Supervise loading & unloading operations during the shift.
* Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in SAP using relevant T-codes.
* Coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and internal departments.
* Maintain documentation and generate daily shift reports.
* Ensure adherence to safety and company procedures.
* Resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
Skills & Competencies* Good knowledge of logistics processes (loading, unloading, documentation).
* Hands-on experience with SAP logistics modules & T-codes.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
