Who you are

As a Logistics Team Lead at GXO in Rijsbergen, you are a result-oriented coach who truly empowers people. Furthermore, for this role, it is important that:

You are fluent in Dutch and English
You have at least one year of experience in a leadership role
You have your own transportation to Rijsbergen

What will you do

Your day as a Logistics Team Lead starts with a good briefing: with a cup of coffee in hand, you discuss the goals of the day with your team. After that, you hit the floor to coach on quality and safety, while keeping a close eye on the KPIs. You are the main point of contact for other departments and ensure that incoming and outgoing goods are processed according to plan. Your goal? Maximum "werkplezier" for your team and a process that runs smoothly!
