key responsibilities
Responsibilities of m&a analyst:
- Prepare company profiles and teasers
- Assist in creating investor materials, including Information Memoranda
- Support financial analysis and modeling
- Conduct market and industry research
- Assist in preparing pitch books, management presentations, and other key materials
- Support the due diligence process on active M&A transactions
- Stay informed on market trends and develop insights into the target client base and relevant industry dynamics
experience
Up to 3 years of prior experience; for graduates internships or similar roles are highly valuedFl
qualifications
- A genuine interest in M&A and corporate finance
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong academic performance; min. 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent) from a top-tier university
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to 3 years of prior experience; for graduates internships or similar roles are highly valuedFluency in both Greek and English is essential
