What You’ll Be Doing
As the "right hand" to our Lead Machine Operators, you are the engine that keeps our production line humming.
Support & Setup: Assist with machine startup, material feeding, and product changeovers.
Quality Watch: Monitor equipment and output to ensure every product meets our high standards.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and follow all safety protocols.
Skill Building: Actively learn the technical side of plastic manufacturing to prepare for future advancement.
Who You Are
Experienced: You’ve spent time in a manufacturing or industrial setting and know your way around a shop floor.
Motivated: You aren't afraid to ask questions and take initiative when you see a task that needs doing.
Punctual: You’re a "morning person" who prides yourself on being ready to go at 7:00 AM sharp.
Team-First: You understand that we win or lose as a team.

Responsibilities
Duties include but not limited to:
-Following the required company SOP’s, Procedures and Health & Safety Standards in order to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
-Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment to extrusion operator/team lead.
-Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with production team leader/ operators
-Carrying out other associated duties as directed by Management and the Production Team Leader
-Ensure that all materials are handled, sorted and used in accordance with Work Place Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHIMIS).
-Palletize all products as needed
-Ensuring PPE is worn always necessary
Qualifications
Qualifications we would like to see:
-6 months or more of experience in a manufacturing setting
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs
