What will you do?Bakery Operator
As an operator in production, you are responsible for the entire baking process, from creating recipes to quality control. Your tasks include:
- Operating the machines involved in the baking process.
- Creating recipes and ensuring correct mixing and preparation.
- Monitoring the quality of the products through sampling and sensory checks.
- Working according to hygiene, safety, and production requirements (HACCP).
- Ensuring the cleanliness of your workplace and equipment.
Packaging Operator
As a packaging operator, you are responsible for the final stage of the process, ensuring various types of cookies are correctly packed and labeled. Your tasks include:
- Independently starting up the packaging process (after training).
- Keeping the machines running, including both the packing and labeling machines.
- Monitoring the packaging process, which includes packing into bags, boxes, and blisters.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance, including performing "first aid" on machines and the assembly/disassembly of parts during product changes.
- Ensuring correct palletizing and identification of the finished goods.
- Checking parameters and performing necessary quality control checks.
Working Hours & Shifts
You will work 38 hours per week in one of the following systems:
- Two-shift system:
- Early Shift: 05:00 to 13:30 (Mon-Thu); Friday: 05:00 - 11:30.
- Late Shift: 13:30 to 22:00 (Mon-Thu); Friday: 11:30 - 18:00.
- Night shift:
- 21:30 to 05:30 (Mon-Thu); Friday: 17:30 - 02:30.
Salary & Benefits
- Starting Salary (2-Shift): €17.64/hr (Early) or €17.73/hr (Late).
- Starting Salary (Night Shift): €19.60/hr.
- Growth Path: Potential to increase up to €19.60/hr (2-shift) or €21.47/hr (night shift).
- Meal Vouchers: Provided after working 120 days
- Contract: Transport allowance is included; direct company contract after a positive 6-month evaluation.
