On behalf of our client -who is a leading solutions provider of gas engines - we are looking for a Global Finance Service Provider Coordinator. The new colleague will be the single point of contact and escalation point to coordinate the services provided by the global service provider and ensure full alignment and setup of the new processes on the side of our client and coordinate issue resolution for approximately 20 countries.

Support with the process design, mapping and communication with the local offices
Provide dedicated coordination support and weekly status updates to the company's stakeholders for the approximate 20 countries
Support with the integration of services such as of Accounting & Tax, Payroll, and other services into the company's business processes, as applicable, in country;
The following activities can be expected:
- Assistance in preparing / pre-populating documents
- Support with the communication with the service provider Local Offices, ensuring understanding of processes and procedures, monitoring deadlines
Project Management related tasks: Single point of contact, Maintain dashboard & compliance calendar, Support with process design and documentation, Lead Status meetings with the Service Provider, etc.
Budget Control: Request and check service changes, admin contracts and fees, approving Change Request Notes, Approval and check of service provider invoices, leading a tracker
Coordinating trainings and Knowledge Transfer for new service provider contacts (accounting knowledge is needed)
Elvárások / Requirements
At least 10 years experience in the field of accounting/financial reporting/project management preferably in Shared Services Center environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration
A comprehensive understanding of general accounting processes
Fluency in English
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Solid PC skills with strong Excel knowledge
LEAN or Six Sigma certification is a plus
People management experience is an advantage
