As a Mail Clerk I (acting as a Document Storage Analyst), you will be responsible for the successful delivery of document filing and digitization processes within a retail banking branch. You will navigate physical and digital filing systems, operate scanning hardware, and ensure that all records meet strict corporate requirements. This is a vital role in ensuring our business operations remain efficient and compliant.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends or overtime).
Location: On-site in Woodstock, ON.
Pay Rate $18.17

Responsibilities
Digitization: Prepare paper documents for scanning and operate industrial copier/scanner hardware (Ricoh).
Quality Control: Review digitally filed documents to confirm accuracy, clarity, and compliance with business requirements.
File Management: Organize and secure physical files in designated branch locations.
Communication: Provide consistent daily and weekly status updates to management teams via email and phone.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to Health and Safety rules, Privacy Policies, and Employee Conduct codes.
Adaptability: Remain flexible to support shifting business priorities and communicate any emerging risks or issues promptly.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least 2 years of general working experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and comfort operating photocopiers/scanners.
Soft Skills: Highly developed organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
Asset: Prior experience in document filing or record management is considered a strong asset.
