As the primary point of contact for the site, you will ensure all installations remain in top condition:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance: You perform work on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and sanitary installations.
• Electrotechnical management: You troubleshoot and carry out repairs on electrical installations.
• Industrial kitchen equipment: You provide technical support for specific equipment within the facility.
• Coordination: You manage subcontractors when necessary and oversee the quality of their work.
• On-call service: You participate in an on-call rotation (averaging 2 weeks on/2 weeks off), with a relatively low intervention rate at this specific location.

• Technical background: You hold a degree or have equivalent experience in HVAC, electrical engineering, or cooling technology.
• Experience: Ideally, you have prior experience as a service technician or in building automation/domotics.
• Language skills: Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Dutch and French is considered a strong asset.
• Attitude: You are customer-oriented, enjoy working independently, and possess a high sense of responsibility.
• Requirements: You hold a valid driver's license and can provide a clean certificate of good conduct.
