Repair and Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic).
Troubleshooting: Find the cause of breakdowns and repair machines quickly to restart production.
Peripherals: Maintain all extra equipment: temperature controllers, conveyors, dryers, grinders, and cooling systems.
Adjustments: Set up the machines after a repair to make sure the production process is stable.
Technical Support: Contact machine manufacturers for help when needed.
Diagnosis: Describe problems clearly and follow the manufacturer's instructions for repairs.
Reports: Keep repair logs and technical documents up to date.
Improvement: Help improve equipment and maintenance methods to avoid future problems.
Reliability: Suggest ways to reduce machine stops and make the factory more reliable.
Safety: Make sure all work follows safety rules and company procedures.

Your responsibilties:

As a Maintenance Technician – Machinery & Peripheral Equipment, you play a key role in the availability and reliability of production equipment.

You perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and their peripheral equipment to ensure production continuity, part quality, and facility safety.

qualifications
Experience/Skills
- Technical Training: Degree or background in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
- Industrial Background: Experience working in an industrial environment, ideally in plastic injection molding.
- Industrial Electricity: Strong skills in reading electrical diagrams, wiring, and diagnostics.
- Multi-technical Skills: Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Machine Knowledge: Familiarity with injection molding machines (such as Engel, Arburg, KraussMaffei, etc.) is a major plus.
- Diagnostic Tools: Ability to use tools like multimeters, pressure gauges, and manufacturer software.
Personal qualities:
- Autonomy & Rigor: Able to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze problems and find solutions.
- Reactivity: Quick to respond to machine breakdowns and urgent issues.
- Communication: Good communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
Languages:
- French: Required (Native or Fluent).
- German & English: A plus
