As a Maintenance Technician your responsibilities will be:  

• Create and maintain a structured inspection and maintenance plan for beverage systems, heating, and lighting.
• Ensure the proper operation of all technical installations and equipment through regular cleaning, checking, and parts replacement.
•  Identify and execute minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs using company troubleshooting guides and equipment manuals.
• Maintain the interior and exterior appearance of the building, including painting, finishing, and cleaning high-level fixtures, walls, and windows.
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the parking area and Drive-Thru lanes.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs performed during working hours and provide evidence of completion.

At least 2 years of work experience in a similar maintenance role.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Strict adherence to safety procedures.

• Degree in Engineering or any related Technical School
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar maintenance role.
• General maintenance knowledge, including basic electrical and plumbing skills.
• Proficiency with various hand tools and power equipment, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
