key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve electromechanical failures across the machine park
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and machine adjustments
- Identify opportunities for technical optimization and implement improvement proposals
- Maintain high standards of tidiness and safety for all installations
qualifications
- Professional bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics/Electricity or equivalent through experience
- Prior experience in technical maintenance is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with a result-oriented and independent mindset
- High regard for safety, order, and technical precision
- Excellent social skills and a genuine fascination with technology
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
