responsibilities.
You will maintain financial governance across regional entities by validating monthly operational and financial reporting submissions to ensure complete accuracy and timeliness. You will assist leadership in shaping key performance metrics, evaluating performance trends, and presenting actionable management reports to highlight strategic risks and opportunities. Furthermore, you will establish tracking mechanisms for regional administrative and IT expenditures, perform variance analysis on operational budgets, and prepare inventory forecast packages. Your scope includes calculating standard costs for inventory, conducting variance reviews alongside operational teams, ensuring adherence to international reporting standards and internal control frameworks, and driving regional finance process optimization initiatives.
skills and experience required.
You should hold a recognized university degree in Accountancy or hold an equivalent professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW. You need to possess five to seven years of hands-on experience in management accounting, ideally within a regional scope. Proficiency with Tier-1 ERP systems, enterprise reporting tools, and advanced spreadsheet applications is essential. Excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of international financial reporting standards, and a proactive, collaborative mindset are critical for success in this role.
