For one of our key partners in the high-tech and semiconductor sector, we are looking for a professional and highly organized Management Assistant. In this role, you will be the administrative backbone of the department, ensuring that the directors and the broader team can focus on their core mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and monitor the agendas of the directors, ensuring optimal time management and priority setting.
• Organize internal and external meetings, international business trips, conferences, and team events from start to finish.
• Support managers with financial processes, including purchase orders (PO), invoice handling, and professional memberships.
• Manage operational tasks such as stationery stock, desk allocations, and PC equipment coordination.
• Act as the "go-to" person for the department, providing swift solutions and support for general questions and needs.
