This role is responsible for overseeing store fit-out projects, general facility maintenance, and landlord relationships to support new site acquisitions and ongoing asset upkeep.
Lead retail and office renovation projects, refurbishments, relocations, and fit-outs from initial planning through completion.
Manage project budgets, cost controls, tender processes, and contractor selection, while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of all retail outlets, F&B locations, offices, warehouses, and company assets through proactive preventive maintenance programs.
Identify and evaluate potential new commercial locations to actively support company expansion plans.
Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and relocations, while managing ongoing relationships with landlords, mall operators, and property managers.
skills and experience required
... Holds a Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, facility management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, leasing, or property management.
Possesses a strong understanding of lease agreements, property regulations, and maintenance best practices, combined with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple leasing projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
