The Marketing, Communication & Customer Insights Coordinator will:

• Participate in and oversee the implementation of marketing activations, including exhibitions and major events
• Liaise with agencies to support promotional actions and ensure smooth execution of assigned projects.
• Provide reporting for projects and events, summarizing key outcomes and learnings.
• Actively participate in the development of the annual communication plan.
• Contribute over-and-above ideas and recommendations throughout the year, evaluating partner proposals and industry trends.
• Own assigned projects and assess their effectiveness based on KPIs such as ROI, sales impact, lead generation, awareness metrics, and additional indicators defined per initiative.
• Monitor market trends, research customers’ markets, and competitors' activities regarding communication.
• Maintain daily collaboration with the creative agency to brief, develop, and deliver communication materials aligned with strategy.
• Ensure that creative output meets required specifications, timelines, and brand direction.
• Review and validate materials from partners, agencies, and suppliers to ensure full compliance with ZeniΘ brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the production and delivery of all communication assets across touchpoints.
• Manage requests related to native articles, interviews and press opportunities, ensuring accurate coordination with journalists and media partners.
• Actively participate in the development and execution of PR events, press activities, and media engagement initiatives.
• Support media training activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the company’s crisis management team by providing communication support and assisting in the preparation of relevant messaging.
• Participate in the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, supporting execution and results interpretation.
• Gather and share insights that contribute to communication and experience improvements.
• Collaborate with key internal teams (Product Development, Sales, Retail Operations) to ensure consistent communication implementation across channels.
• Support internal communication processes and participate in relevant training initiatives.
• Contribute to corporate training needs by preparing or delivering communication-related material when required.

At least 3 years of prior work experience in a similar position.
