As a Marketing & Communications Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy tailored to the hospitality sector
• Manage external and internal communications, ensuring brand consistency across all hotel departments
• Promote a positive public image and increase awareness of our hotel and services
• Build and execute a strong social media and online marketing strategy
• Develop and roll out effective communication campaigns that reflect hospitality values
• Handle internal communications (memos, staff newsletters, announcements)
• Write and distribute high-quality content (press releases, website updates, blog posts)
• Organize PR events, concept-driven activities, and media initiatives to boost visibility
• Build strong relationships with press, influencers, and key stakeholders in the hospitality field
• Optimize the company’s digital presence across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategy to maximize engagement and brand loyalty
• Work closely with other departments (guest relations, sales, operations) to support reputation management
• Support the implementation and promotion of sustainability and CSR initiatives in hospitality

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as a Communications Specialist, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Strong background in digital marketing and social media management
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Creative mindset with strong copywriting and editing skills
• Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
