A globally recognised Australian manufacturing business is on the hunt for a Marketing Coordinator to step into a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, high-performing marketing team.
This is not a passive coordination role. You’ll be at the centre of brand storytelling across multiple international markets, balancing strategy, creativity, and team leadership while still rolling up your sleeves and producing standout content.
If you love owning projects end-to-end, leading people, and creating marketing that actually drives results, this one’s for you.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the National Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape the global brand presence of a respected industrial manufacturer operating across multiple continents. You’ll guide day-to-day marketing execution, lead content and campaigns, and oversee events and brand initiatives — all while mentoring and supporting a growing team.
You’ll be trusted to think strategically, act decisively, and deliver consistently high-quality work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive marketing initiatives from concept to execution. Allocate tasks, manage timelines, remove blockers, and keep projects moving.
Own events & tradeshows
Plan and deliver industry events, exhibitions, and internal functions — managing logistics, schedules, suppliers, and execution.
Create high-impact content
Develop editorials, case studies, testimonials, blogs, and social content. Source and produce visual assets that showcase products, people, and culture.
Deliver integrated campaigns
Contribute to digital and print campaigns with strong, cohesive messaging and branded assets.
Develop marketing collateral
Produce and update brochures, price books, flyers, posters, and digital assets aligned with brand standards.
Coordinate fulfilment & systems
Manage promotional materials, direct mail, sales literature distribution, and marketing databases.
Collaborate cross-functionally
Partner with sales, production, and leadership teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
