As a Marketing Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement an end‑to‑end marketing and communication strategy
• Manage brand positioning and visual identity across digital platforms, and promotional campaigns—balancing tradition and innovation.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns: website content, SEO, social media, analytics, aimed at boosting both trade and consumer awareness.
• Coordinate strategic corporate communications, including press releases, newsletters, and coordinated messaging internally and externally.
• Conduct market insights analysis to support product development.
• Manage preparations and presence in key industry events and corporate engagements.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, analytics)
• Fluent in Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional project management skills—able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proven experience managing relationships with external agencies and handling marketing budgets
