The essential skills for this role: o Bachelor¿s degree, higher vocational training or vocational training in Data Management, or a related field.o Between 2 or 4 years of experience in master data management, customer service, or related fields.o Familiarity with ERP systems SAP and data governance tools.o Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus.Skillso Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).o Knowledge of data governance practices and master data management principles.o Familiarity with customer and product master data processes (activation, PIPO, pricing conditions).o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.o Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under tight deadlines.o Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly with cross-functional and remote teams.
