Maternity leave cover - TA recruitment specialistHybrid working style (2 days home/ 3 days office)Role:Understand company’s culture and employees in order to propose candidates;Perform full life-cycle recruiting with ability to source, screen, interview and close candidatesDedicatedly research and identify sourcing techniques for identifying top talentParter with business leaders and hiring managers to identify, assess and adjust talent requirements with certain flexibility.Use creative techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract the best talent in the Tech & Product field.Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and improve customer and candidate experience.Be willing to learn and share about industry trends as well as market competitors; and be able to share the insights with hiring managers.Operate recruitment tools (SNS, Linkedin etc.).Requirements:3+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience either in-house or agencyGreat to experience stakeholder managementPreferable experience in IT/tech companyHave a knowledge of whole recruiting process management with KPIHave experience researching and market mapping to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates
