As a member of the production team, your daily tasks will include:

• Precision Cutting: Taking responsibility for the specialized cutting of red organs and ensuring careful handling of all meat products.
• Operational Flexibility: Assisting the packaging department when required to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Line Efficiency: Maintaining a consistent and steady pace within the slaughter line.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with your colleagues in a dynamic environment and offering support where needed.

We are looking for a reliable candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Experience: Prior experience in meat cutting, a slaughterhouse, or a butchery is preferred, but juniors are also welcome. We are happy to provide full training for those with the right attitude.
• Precision & Hygiene: You work accurately and maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Language Skills: You can communicate effectively in English or Dutch.
• Physical Resilience: You are comfortable working in a cold environment.
