about the job
- Lead the conceptualization, detailed design, and rigorous checking of mechanical systems across various projects
- Conduct comprehensive engineering analysis, provide technical expertise, and develop innovative solutions to address complex project challenges
- Ensure all mechanical designs and project executions strictly adhere to local codes, statutory regulations, and authority requirements
- Oversee comprehensive project management, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring the smooth completion of projects within scope, budget, and time constraints
- Drive the financial management of projects, handle contract administration, and prepare, review, and evaluate tender documents and technical specifications
- Manage the overall design process while tightly coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, and external consultants
requirement
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university (qualifications recognized by the Professional Engineers Board are highly advantageous)
- Min 4 year of experience in Mechancial Design as a consultancy for construction building project
- Industrial building or commercial building experience will be a plus
- Highly conversant with local regulatory codes and authority submission requirements (e.g., BCA, SCDF, NEA)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM / Revit software is an added advantage
- Willing to work in the east of Singapore ( Changi / Expo / Tampines )
