For the foundations department of a leading Belgian construction group, we’re looking for someone who knows that a great building starts at the roots. Not afraid of a little concrete on your boots? Then you might be the "rock" we’re looking for!
As a Foundations Worker, you are the first on-site, ensuring everything we build actually stays standing.
- Digging & Anchoring: You excavate sewers and foundations like they’re your own backyard (but, you know, professionally). Setting and adjusting anchors? You do it with millimeter precision.
- Formwork Artist: Whether it’s traditional formwork or a modern system, you’re the one getting walls and floor slabs perfectly straight.
- Concrete Expert: You pour the "liquid gold" (concrete) with care and know exactly when it’s time to strip the forms.
- Team Player: You report to the foreman but mainly work alongside your crew to hit those deadlines. Safety is your bible; we want you to walk back home happy and healthy after every shift.
