... Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a core scientific member of the cross-functional franchise team and a Clinical Research area expert.
- Drive medical enablement for innovation clusters, supporting new product ideation, evaluation, and scientific positioning.
- Provide therapeutic rationale and medical support for regulatory submissions, including preparation and defense during SEC meetings.
- Lead pre-launch and launch readiness activities: development of product monographs, training manuals, CME content, and sales/marketing training materials.
- Evaluate and review promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Plan and execute Real-World Clinical Research studies and Publications; manage Advisory Board meetings and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagements.
- Identify knowledge, practice, and data gaps to recommend educational programs and evidence generation projects.
- Translate market and medical insights into strategic actions for shaping therapeutic areas and supporting commercial goals.
- Facilitate internal scientific training programs for sales and marketing teams, ensuring updated medical knowledge transfer.
- Represent the organization at internal and external scientific forums and collaborate on therapy-specific publications and projects.
- Manage scientific inquiries and complex questions from healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely approval of promotional materials and alignment with internal SOPs and regulatory frameworks.
Profile Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: MD (Pharmacology) or MBBS
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Medical Affairs / Medical Advisor / Clinical Research role within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodologies, ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory frameworks (MCI/UCPMP/Drugs & Cosmetics Act).
• Expertise in scientific writing, data interpretation, and research methodologies.
• Strategic thinking with a strong scientific acumen and excellent communication skills to engage KOLs effectively.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, innovation-driven, and collaborative environment.
• Previous experience managing real-world evidence generation, advisory boards, and scientific publications is highly desirable.
