This role is critical for ensuring legal certainty in corporate transactions and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

+Corporate Governance: Drafting, reviewing, and managing complex corporate documents, including minutes of meetings, ownership transfers, and corporate books.

+Compliance Oversight: Implementing and monitoring compliance programs, ensuring all operations align with local and international regulations.

+Contract Management: Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements (service agreements, NDAs, intercompany contracts).

+Regulatory Liaison: Managing notices and procedures before government authorities and ensuring timely filings.

+Strategic Advisory: Providing legal counsel on day-to-day operations and specialized corporate projects to mitigate legal risks.

+Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate law, ideally within a top-tier law firm or a multin

Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, high ethical standards, and the ability to work independently within a client's infrastructure.

+Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (J.D. equivalent). A Master’s Degree or Specialization in Corporate Law or Compliance is highly preferred.
