As a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst, you will join an experienced team supporting a major financial institution, serving as the vital link between stakeholders and the development team. More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with customer stakeholders.
• Understand users' objectives and align software applications to meet their needs effectively.
• Produce comprehensive functional specifications along with wireframes to facilitate efficient Sprint planning.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of software features, enhancements, and bugs.
• Identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Engage with the appropriate team members to ensure technical feasibility and efficiency of proposed functionalities.
• Lead daily alignment meetings and participate in planning sessions to ensure delivered features meet specified requirements.

4+ years of experience in IT industry (ideally fintech or banking)  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT industry (ideally fintech or banking)
• Experience in business analysis tools, modeling tools, and project methodologies.
• Strong experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs).
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, understanding of APIs, and knowledge of Application Architecture.
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Knowledge of SQL, Jira, and Confluence is considered a strong asset.
