• The precise machining and assembly of parts for the structural maintenance and repair of molds.
• Continuous monitoring of the component inventory to identify and prevent potential shortages in a timely manner.
• Conducting extensive testing on finished molds so they can be handed over to the production department in fully operational condition.
• Ensuring quality by correctly and meticulously assembling all technical parts.
• Complying with internal company codes, such as the smoking ban on the premises, to maintain a safe and professional working environment.

Where You Excel:

• A completed technical degree, where initial relevant work experience is considered a plus.
• Strong technical insight combined with a keen eye for detail and precision.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude to tackle technical challenges.
• An eager-to-learn mindset with great attention to order, cleanliness, and accuracy on the shop floor.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, to guarantee smooth and clear communication.
• Willingness to strictly follow safety and professionalism regulations, such as wearing the prescribed work clothing and refraining from wearing jewelry or makeup during working hours.
