- IT / Informationssysteme mind. über 3 Jahre Tiefe, sichere Praxiserfahrung mit VMware vSphere und Nutanix
- Erfahrung mit der physischen Server-Hardware von HPE (Compute Hardware / Server-Wartung / Firmware-Updates)
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in einer nach ITIL organisierten Umgebung (Incident-, Problem-, Change-Management)
- Das Wissen, wie Systemausfälle eigenständig analysiert und eskaliert werden
- Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher
- Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher
- IT Administration von VMware vSphere und Nutanix-Umgebungen
- Erfahrung mit der Computer-Hardware von HPE (z. B. Hardware-Tausch, Server-Wartung, Firmware-Updates)
- Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen (z. B. Bearbeitung von Change Requests oder Major Incidents)
